Circus Arts Performance Canceled; Workshops Proceed as Scheduled

LAST MINUTE CHANGE TO TODAY'S EVENTS!

The Los Alamos Public Library has canceled tonight’s scheduled circus arts performance at Ashley Pond due to forecasted unsafe weather conditions. The event will be rescheduled for a later date this summer.

Despite the evening cancellation, all afternoon circus arts workshops will take place as planned from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. in and around Mesa Public Library. The workshops include indoor and outdoor sessions such as puppet-making, stilt walking, and a “Circus Try-It-Out Zone.”

Participants are encouraged to check in at the Youth Services desk on the library’s lower level, as weather conditions may require relocating some activities.
