Anime Zone

09 Apr 2026 Second Thursdays are for anime at Mesa Public Library. Each month we'll watch 3-4 episodes of a popular anime or a full movie. Snacks are provided every month, and manga giveaways are held once every few months. Come by to talk about your favorite shows and manga! For grades 7-12, anime may be rated TV-14/PG 13. 5:30-7:30 in the Zone.

Tabletop Game Day

11 Apr 2026 All ages are welcome to bring their board games or choose from the more than 125+ board games the library owns. Members of the library staff and volunteers will be hanging out hoping to play games with people at Mesa Public Library mostly in The Zone on the lower level.

Free popcorn and drinks in The Zone area!

This program is for everyone and anyone who wants to play tabletop board games.

Random Fandom

23 Apr 2026 Within chaos there is connection. Random Fandom is what we make it. Perhaps we’ll play games, or make art, or talk about books. We listen to music, watch videos, play video games while we eat, laugh, and hang out. You can find a quiet corner and draw or jump into playing a group game.
